Increasing our physical activity levels and losing weight are two of the best things we can do for our health. It’s a great way to enjoy your dog’s company, and to get some much needed tranquillity. Above all, it won’t cost you a thing.

Your health is greatly important, and so is pet health. So is your bond with your pet. Exercising together is the best way to take care of each other.
