We all get excited about the new spring fashions, this means your winter wardrobe is the thing of the past. Not only are we excited about the freshness of spring but so are our dogs. Our pooches will be packing up there doggy sweaters too. Doggy designs will be in line with the trends straight off of the runways which will be bright and cheery. Changing a wardrobe for your pooch can be so much enjoyment!

Now that you need to put into storage the heavy winter jackets, it will now be time to purchase a weather appropriate jacket for your dog. What type of coat will do the job? The biggest weather issue that we face in the spring is rain. So the best coat selection for springtime is a dog raincoat. Believe it or not dogs are not usually opposed to wearing a coat outside. A wet dog will smell and bring muddy paw prints into your home. We all know to expect the dreaded shake, which spreads water all over the walls and furniture. Puppy boots are in high demand. Boots might be a great buy to prevent grimy paws because you can remove the boots at the door.

Should your pooch sport something under their new raincoat? There are a variety of different kinds of dog shirts available. There is no reason that you will come up empty handed. For instance, if you have a high maintenance princess, she would be excited about a cute pink princess dog t shirt. You may have a big dog who would look tough wearing a dog t-shirt that reads Security. Sometimes it is funnier to see a play on the words. A really little dog looks adorable in a shirt that has a saying that a huge dog would wear.

occasionally it can be defeating when buying big dog clothes. Even though they are a little more difficult to find, but but you can locate nice clothing. Many people are of the opinion that it is silly to dress up big dogs. You may be surprised that large dogs like to dress up as much as small dog breeds. Setting size aside, the fashionable spring dog clothing lines are hot. Making sure that a store has specials and free shipping is extremely important. It is always exciting to get a better deal! Most online pet clothing stores will allow you to become a member for special offers. This is a great way to keep the great deals coming at you!

You will soon find all of the new fashions coming out. Fashion trends are hotter than ever! Designers are bringing new and fresh designs for the upcoming season. The good news is that if fashion is hot for humans you can bet it will be hot for our doggy counterparts. New styles in dog clothes are in line with those off the fashion runways. What trends will you find this spring? You can find so many new fashion trends for spring. Some are new but some are not so new.

Most people trends you can also find on the doggy runways but not always. Fashion that involve necklaces or bracelets just do not work for dogs. On the other hand, if it is a type of gemstone or color that is in style, you can translate this into dog charms, collars or even dog barrettes and hair bows. Also, shoe trends do not carry over into poochie clothing trends. One popular dog trend is dog shoes and booties. Unfortunately, this trend does not come off the runways but the colors may. Fashionable footwear is just not practical for a dog fashion trend.

Even though shoes do not carry over to dog fashion other styles will reflect in doggie design. Here are a few that I think we will also see in small dog clothes and big dog apparel too. Zippered accents are a spring trend. This fashion statement could carry over well because pooch apparel tends to have a lot of fasteners or compartments for treats to begin with anyway. What colors are stylish? The colors for spring are hot pink and neon which are inspired by the 90s. Looks like the male dogs will have to wear the neon to stay in style. Neon green and electric blue are great choices for male dogs. Black on white is one of the popular trends you will see this season.

In addition to the colors themselves, how you place the colors also dictates trend. This season color blocking is all the rave. Blocks of color Strategically placed on any garment is eye popping. The biggest item that will transfer over to the dog trends is the classic dog trench coat or raincoat. When we think of spring we think of rain which is why so many pets will join this trend. If this is a purchase you tend on making for your best friend make sure that the dog rain jacket is water resistant.

We all enjoy seeing the new trends that come out during spring fashion season. However, we might not all be into the clothing that comes off of the high fashion runways during the spring fashion chaos. If you choose not to, there are plenty of fashionable ideas for you to choose from that will always be in style.

While there are many new products like Pet Feeders and Interactive Dog Toys to have more fun with your dog, perhaps Pet Furniture is the most popular. See if the following paragraphs sounds a lot like you.

If you have a faithful family dog you have probably realized that your dog wants to do everything that you do. While there are many new products like pet feeders and interactive dog toys to have more fun with your dog, perhaps pet furniture is the most popular. When you walk into the kitchen, he likely tags along with his little claws skipping on the tile behind you. When you go to sleep in the evening, he probably follows you into the bedroom, to snuggle beside your bed. And when you cozy up on the couch to watch your favorite TV show at the end of the day, your faithful pet is likely by your side.

But, what if you don’t want your dog on your furniture? While you may love your pet, you may not want your furniture to smell like dog all the time. But at the same time, you don’t want to break his heart by pushing him away. Is there a place to settle that you can meet on?

The very ugly way to solve the problem is to put a towel or other item down on the sofa for your dog to sit on, but that still is sending the wrong message. While you may be able to control your dog when you are home, when you are not watching he will still think the entire sofa area is on limits and end up undoing what you had attempted to accomplish with your towel.

Instead, the better option is to give your pet his own dog furniture to use when he is in the living room. You can either choose a bed that you put in the living room or even select living room furniture for your dog. In today’s animal-friendly consumer market there are a number of pieces of dog furniture that can be purchased for your pet to rest on. Some of them may well fit in with your existing decor that is already in your living room, so it doesn’t clash.

In the Pantry and Eating Room. When it comes to your dog and the areas where food is prepared and served, you have to be careful. There are a few pieces of dog furniture in these rooms, but you don’t want your dog to be used to staying in these spaces. In the kitchen your dog should be able to stay in his own space and have an area for food and water. Don’t put them too close to your breakfast table or you may have a dog constantly begging thinking he should have some of what is on your dishes. In the dining room, you really should try to not tempt your pet to be around. Generally no good will come of this and you will just end up angry that your dog is begging.

In the sleeping quarters. While you may not want your dog to be where you sleep, he will think if you are on the furniture he should be too. This is where more dog furniture can come into play. You should consider a bed, or a nice soft place for him that is near your bed so your dog can be close by and feel secure.

If you have been letting your dog on your furniture until now, teaching them to be on dog furniture instead can be quite an undertaking. While it’s easy to be frustrated, the better option is to encourage your dog to do the right thing and to give him love when he does.

The Poodle has been known as one of the most intelligent of all canine breeds. The Poodle provides their owners with a consistent companion that is interesting and responsive without giving their owner much trouble. The breed also has a high aptitude for learning because of their excellent talent and versatility.

The breed actually originated in Germany, despite the popular belief that the breed originated in France. The breed is closely related to the old water dog known as the Pudel especially when it comes to the coat and body form. Although no longer bred as a sporting dog the Poodle still has an eager fondness for water that is still displayed on occasion, as the breed was once trained to retrieve waterfowl. The history of the breed itself isn’t the only thing to consider. There is a history behind the appearance of the standard poodle cut with the tufts of hair left on the thighs and around the feet.
The shaved face, legs and body with tufts of hair on the thighs and rings of hair on the feet is the most common thought when it comes to the Poodle. The exact origin of this hair cut along with its custom is unknown, but it does help those who have the Poodle as a house pet since it reduces the labor of daily grooming. This allows the owner to keep the dog healthy and in good appearance with easy maintenance of the coat.

The hair can twist into cords and continue to grow if the Poodle coat isn’t brushed constantly. The entwining of the new and unshed hairs then results in a rope like cord. This cord can then cause discomfort and a lack of freedom in the animal’s movement if left untrimmed. This is why you want to maintain a short hair cut for your Poodle, although this doesn’t mean you have to maintain the standard Poodle cut.
Throughout the history of the breed, the curly haired Poodle has advanced the most in popularity. This coat allows the Poodle to remain smart and clean which makes them a pleasant companion as long as they are regularly brushed and combed with the occasional washing. The most common colors for the Poodle include black, white, brown and blue.

The most intelligent is considered the white Poodle and many professional trainers prefer this color. Next in the order of intelligence is the black Poodle and the brown and blue Poodles are generally considered to be lacking in character. Since the early 1900’s the curly coated Poodles have improved and today many fine specimens of the breed can be found. Also gaining in popularity recently has been the toy poodle. These dogs are no more than fifteen inches in height at the shoulder and should look exactly like a miniature version of the full-sized dog, following the same official standards as the full sized Poodle.

The history is long and rich for the Poodle. Through Poodle information it is easy to see why the breed is so popular today.

It wasn’t that long ago that Poodle breeders were horrified when their prize breeding dog got loose and started hanging around with some other dog that was a different breed. It didn’t matter if both of these dogs set the breed standard and were so well bred that they bled blue, the resulting puppies were nothing more then mutts and completely worthless to the breeder. The reason dog breeders had this attitude was not only had they lost out on a breeding season but they knew they would never be able to sell the mixed breed Poodle puppies, the best the breeder could hope for was that they could give the puppies away. Those days are in the past. Today the mixed breed poodle puppies are no longer called mutts; in today’s canine world the mixed breed puppies are given the illustrious title of designer dogs. Dog lovers can’t seem to get enough of these mixed breed dogs.

Popular mixed breeds of Poodles include the Weimardoodle (a Weimaraner Poodle cross), the Shepadoodle (a German Shepard and Poodle) and the Lhasa Poo (a Lhasa Apso and Poodle).
Dog lovers who purchased a mixed breed Poodle instead of the purebred did so for a reason. Some owners of the designer Poodles will tell that cost was a motivating factor behind the purchase, that the mixed breed puppy was considerably cheaper then the purebred puppy. Another owner might tell you that they decided to purchase the mixed breed puppy because of its hair coat, the hybrid dog didn’t shed or maybe they weren’t allergic to it. Some owners like the idea that by combining two breeds of dogs, the Poodle and something else, they were able to get the best of both breeds’ temperaments.

Other mixed breed poodle owners loved the fact that they now had an athletic dog that loved to be outside but was laid back enough to double as a house dog. Dog owners discovered after purchasing a mixed breed poodle their house insurance premium decreased. Combining Poodles and other breeds of dogs has helped cut down on the genetic illnesses common to many dog breeds. Dog owners that have a mixed breed Poodle love the fact that they can choose between a large framed dog or one small enough to fit in a teacup.
If you have never before owned a Poodle mix there are something’s you should consider before rushing to the nearest breeder and bringing home a puppy. The first is to really thing about the types of breeds involved in the breeding. Every single breed of dog has some wonderful characteristics, just like every single breed of dog has some traits that aren’t so desirable. If you have a mixed breed poodle in mind spend some time learning about both breeds, just because the puppy is the combination of two different breeds of dogs doesn’t mean that it will be a perfect division of both breeds, there are some Labradoodle (Labrador Retriever and Poodle cross) puppies that could be mistaken for purebred Labrador Retrievers, and some Jack-A-Poo (Jack Russell Terrier and Poodle cross) puppies that don’t resemble the Jack Russell breed, it all depends on what genes are given to the puppy.

Spend time talking to your puppies breeder. Ask lots of questions, find out what attracted the owner to the mixed breed poodle combination in the first place, and find out what they have learned from spending time not only with the designer breed but also with your future puppies’ parents. Get to know both of the puppy’s parent’s. You want to look for a puppy that has two parents with wonderful temperaments. The most important thing to remember when purchasing a mixed breed Poodle puppy is to be confident. If you have any reservations at all don’t bring the puppy home.

Poodle mixed breeds can be found in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors. General Poodle information will explain that if the puppy’s parents are wonderful dogs the puppy will be as well.

Dogs are meant to be the most faithful animal on this universe. They are3 treated as the best buddies. So their care and health is our responsibility. Dog vaccination is one of the ways.

Dogs have a natural immunity system also which they get from their mothers in milk, but it is not enough for them. As soon as they get older they loose their immunity so they need to be vaccinated.

TYPES OF VACCINATIONS:

1.Distemper is usually the first vaccination given to your puppy. Distemper is a virus that can cause respiratory distress and seizures which can lead to death. You pup will need to get a distemper shot through out the different stages in his life. Sometimes some of the symptoms are loss of appetite, a discharge from the eyes and nose, lethargy, and fever.

2.Kennel Cough is another vaccination that your puppy will need. It affects the bronchi and trachea of dogs and makes them have a loud dry cough. This is not a fatal disease but it is very contagious. This can be considered an optional vaccination. If you live in an area which has a high rate of Kennel Cough you will definitely want to get this vaccination to protect your pup. Consult with your veterinarian they will be able to tell you if the rate in your area is high.

3.The vaccination for Leptospirosis if given through out your dogs life and is usually given in combination with other vaccines. This is not a very common disease and larger dogs seem to be more susceptible to this disease. This disease affects the liver and kidneys of dogs.

4.The Parvovirus vaccination is recommended for most all dogs. This is a very serious disease and can cause serious vomiting, dehydration and bloody diarrhea. This virus affects the white blood cells in dogs and can harm their immune system. It has been found that some breeds of dogs are more susceptible to Parvovirus than others. Doberman Pinscher’s and Rottweilers are two of the most common breeds that seem to be affected by this disease.

5.RABBIES DOGS VACCINATION: it helps in stimulating the immune system. If your dog has been affected by this then he is cured by this vaccination and the antibiotics are filled inside him to help him fight against this disease.

There have been many debates on the topic that whether dogs should be vaccinated or not? The only answer to this question is consulting a vet. No other person in this world can give you the perfect knowledge of this. You need to be sure on this point after all it is about your best buddy.
